 Some clients have spent months/years, trying out different therapies to resolve their problems of anger, stress, anxiety, weight, confidence and other issues, they may have relationship or personal probems, or sometimes they will just feel unhappy or depressed,  without knowing  why they feel this way.   I will often use special diagnostic assessments to find out what the client really needs in life to feel happy/contented/fulfilled, and this combined with a suitable therapy often results in the problem being resolved in a very short space of time.

 

I am a trained/accredited facilitator/counsellor of the Prepare/Enrich Program.  This is a  program designed for couples prior to entering into a Partnership/Marriage and also for couples already in a Partnership/Marriage situation.  The program is designed to explore the strengths and weaknesses in a relationship,  thus drawing attention to the areas that need to be worked on.  It prepares couples for a serious relationship and it enriches an existing one.  Since the program was introduced in 1980 over 4 million people have taken part in it. It is a very easy program for couples to take part in.  It is not a group situation.  I definitely recommend it for anyone about to enter a long term relationship.  All your problems/differences can then be sorted out beforehand.  This program is counselling only, hypnotherapy is not used. 

 

Many therapists/health professionals, especially in the Dandenong area, often refer clients to me for hypnotherapy or counselling or for the Prepare/Enrich Program.  I  work with other therapists/ health professionals to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
